R.O. Water

RO water is purified using a process called reverse osmosis, where water is pushed through a special membrane that removes impurities like dirt, bacteria, heavy metals, and even dissolved salts. This makes the water very clean and safe to drink. However, the process also removes essential minerals like calcium and magnesium, which makes the water slightly acidic (pH less than 7). The lack of minerals often results in a bland or dull taste. RO systems are commonly used in homes for clean drinking water. But this water is not safe for our health. By using this water daily, we slowly start getting sick and many diseases surround us.

Alkaline Water

Alkaline water has a high pH level (usually between 8 and 9) and contains alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. It can occur naturally or be created using an ionizer. Alkaline water balances the body's acidity, boosts energy and improves hydration. It usually tastes smoother than R.O. water because of the added minerals. Alkaline water has many health benefits. By using it daily, all our diseases gradually start to disappear.
